Who we are.
This website, www.tolteca.co, is operated by La Tolteca Mexican Kitchen and Bar, 304 Buckley Mill Rd, Greenville, DE 19807 ("La Tolteca," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information you give us.
When you send a catering or private-event inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, party size, and any message you include. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and plan your event.
Information collected automatically.
If you accept cookies, we use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location. Google and Meta may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. We do not use advanced matching or send information from catering forms to these ad tags. If you decline, these tools are not loaded. Our web host may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and troubleshooting.
Online ordering, rewards, and gift cards.
Ordering, our rewards program, and gift card purchases are handled by Toast, Inc. on Toast's own pages, and Toast's privacy policy applies to what you give Toast. Toast shares some of that information with us, such as your name, contact details, birthday (if you add it), order history, and rewards activity. We use it to fill your orders, run the rewards program, answer your questions, and, if you've agreed to receive them, send you offers.
Maps and social links.
Our map is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. Links to Instagram, Facebook, and Google reviews take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How we share information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you (such as our web host and email provider), when required by law, or to protect our rights and our guests' safety.
