La Tolteca was founded in 1992 by brothers Rogelio “Roy” Lopez and Jose Lopez. Their first Delaware restaurant opened on Concord Pike in 1992, and the family moved to its current home at Barley Mill Plaza in Greenville in 2023.
Today, third-generation family restaurateurs continue the work with warm welcomes, generous plates, and recipes rooted in Mexican hospitality.
