Rewards Program Terms

1. Joining. Membership is free and open to individuals 13 and older. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, combined, or transferred.
2. Earning points. Members earn points on eligible purchases at La Tolteca Greenville, in the restaurant and through our online ordering. Points are based on the pre-tax amount after discounts. Tips, taxes, fees, and gift card purchases do not earn points. Please identify your account when you order. If you forget, we may add points to a recent purchase at our discretion.
3. Bonus offers. Sign-up bonuses, double-point periods, and other promotions are limited to one per member per offer and may be changed or ended at any time.
4. Birthday reward. Your birthday must be in your rewards account at least 24 hours before you use the reward. The birthday reward can be used once, during your birthday month, and only once per year. It can't be worth more than the check it's applied to.
5. Rewards. Rewards are applied as a discount on your check when you have enough points. A reward can't be worth more than the check it's applied to. Limit one reward per check unless we say otherwise. Rewards can't be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated.
6. Alcohol. In keeping with Delaware law, rewards and birthday offers can't be used to receive free alcoholic beverages. They apply to food and non-alcoholic beverages.
7. No cash value. Points and rewards have no cash value. They can't be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or credit, and no change is given. They may not be sold, bartered, transferred, or combined with another member's account.
8. Expiration. Points currently do not expire. We may introduce expiration, including for inactive accounts, by posting the change on this page before it takes effect.
9. Refunds and adjustments. If a purchase is refunded, voided, or charged back, the points earned on it may be removed. Rewards used on a refunded purchase are not reissued. We may correct any errors in point balances or rewards.
10. Fraud and misuse. We may suspend or close any account, and cancel any points or rewards, without notice, if we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the program. This includes creating multiple accounts, earning points on other people's purchases, reselling rewards, or any violation of these terms. We may also refuse to honor rewards obtained through technical errors.
11. Changes and termination. We may change the program, including earning rates, reward values, and benefits, or suspend or end it at any time. If the program ends, unredeemed points and rewards may be forfeited, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Program platform. The program runs on Toast's platform. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or delays in Toast's systems. Your rewards information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Toast's privacy policy.
13. General. These Rewards terms are part of our Terms of Use and are governed by Delaware law. Where they conflict with the Terms of Use, these Rewards terms control for the program. Void where prohibited. Our decisions about the program are final.
